b9apk Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "b9apk", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the b9apk platform, its operators, and any associated entities responsible for the provision of services at b9apk.biz.
• "Platform" — refers to the b9apk website, mobile web interface, and all services, features, games, and content made available thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and arcade gaming.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the b9apk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal, non-transferable account registered by a user on the b9apk platform, identified by a unique username or registered mobile number.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the b9apk platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by b9apk to a user's account, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wallet" — refers to the PKR balance held within a user's b9apk account, comprising real-money funds deposited by the user and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the mandatory identity and age verification process required under b9apk's licensing obligations before withdrawal functionality is enabled.
• "Restricted Territories" — jurisdictions from which b9apk does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined by our licensing authority and updated periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active b9apk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least 21 years of age as at the date of account registration;
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not hold b9apk accounts;
• You are not currently self-excluded from b9apk or any related platform under a self-exclusion agreement;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory;
• You have not previously had a b9apk account terminated for cause, including fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of promotions;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

b9apk permits one (1) account per person. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation. If you suspect a duplicate account exists in your name, contact b9apk support immediately.

Account registration requires submission of a valid Pakistan mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. b9apk reserves the right to require additional verification documents — including but not limited to CNIC — at any time, and to withhold access to withdrawal features until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your b9apk account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent through your account's messaging or support channels.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username or registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share, disclose, or permit access to your account credentials by any other person under any circumstances. b9apk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are required to notify b9apk immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. b9apk may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account upon such notification pending an investigation, during which time your balance will be preserved.

You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your Pakistan mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. b9apk uses these details for transaction notifications, security alerts, identity verification, and regulatory communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays in account services and communications.

All deposits to and withdrawals from b9apk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the user elects to use a cryptocurrency deposit option, in which case conversion to PKR occurs at the live exchange rate at the time of the transaction. b9apk does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside b9apk's control.

The following payment methods are currently accepted by b9apk for deposits and withdrawals, subject to the individual method's processing terms:

• JazzCash — instant deposit and withdrawal processing during business hours;
• EasyPaisa — instant deposit processing; withdrawal timing subject to provider schedules;
• HBL Bank Transfer — same-business-day processing for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PKT;
• UBL Online Banking — standard bank transfer processing timelines apply;
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking transfer option; standard processing timelines apply;
• USDT TRC20 (Cryptocurrency) — near-instant deposit; conversion to PKR at live market rate at time of receipt.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. b9apk reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction thresholds by updating this document and providing notice via the platform.

b9apk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or origin. b9apk will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If a withdrawal is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse, b9apk may withhold the payment pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with our AML obligations.

All wagers placed on b9apk are subject to these General Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to the game category or sport in question. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and game-specific or sport-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

By placing a wager on b9apk, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A wager is confirmed and binding upon your receipt of a bet confirmation reference number from the b9apk system;
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended once placed, except where expressly provided for by applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out features where offered);
• b9apk reserves the right to void any wager that was placed at erroneous odds resulting from a manifest pricing error, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled;
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, settlement rules specific to that sport shall determine whether wagers are settled or refunded;
• b9apk reserves the right to limit the maximum wager amount and maximum potential payout on any event, game, or market, at our sole discretion and without prior notice;
• All live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and may close at any time at b9apk's discretion to ensure fair and accurate settlement;
• b9apk will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of a user placing a wager based on incorrect or outdated information displayed on the platform due to system error or delay.

For cricket betting markets specifically — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series markets — b9apk uses official match data from recognised cricket authorities for settlement purposes. In cases of ambiguity in the official result, b9apk's trading team's determination shall be final and binding.

b9apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these General Terms.

Wagering requirements specify the minimum total amount of qualifying wagers that must be placed on b9apk using the bonus funds or a multiple of the deposit-plus-bonus amount before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the following default restrictions on wagering requirement fulfilment apply:

• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not count toward sports betting wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate as specified in promotion terms;
• For live casino wagering requirement contributions, specific game contribution rates apply — Baccarat and Roulette may contribute at a lower rate than Blackjack or slots unless stated otherwise;
• Any withdrawal request made while bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance and all bonus-derived winnings.

b9apk may in its absolute discretion limit the eligibility of any account holder to participate in a promotion, or remove a bonus previously credited, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other form of exploitation of promotional terms. Patterns of behaviour indicating systematic exploitation — including coordinated group activity — will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the b9apk platform:

• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, bot, scraper, or automated system to place bets, access account features, or extract data from the b9apk platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or the use of inside information not available to the public to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other users, b9apk employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting market results;
• Laundering money or using the b9apk platform to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Registering multiple accounts, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity for any purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software underlying the b9apk platform;
• Using the platform in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on b9apk's infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards b9apk staff or other platform users through any available communication channel;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the b9apk platform — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately and not exploited for personal gain.

All intellectual property on the b9apk platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, designs, text content, software code, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the exclusive property of b9apk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9apk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content or functionality on the b9apk platform.

Any game content, live casino streams, slot titles, and sports data displayed on b9apk are provided under licence from their respective owners. These third-party rights are protected independently and are not licensed to you in any form beyond what is necessary for your personal use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9apk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the b9apk platform.

b9apk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. b9apk will make reasonable efforts to schedule planned maintenance outside of peak Pakistani usage hours where possible.

In no event shall b9apk's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any single incident exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operating principle, not merely a regulatory compliance exercise. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take active steps to provide tools, resources, and escalation pathways to help affected players.

As a condition of your b9apk account, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsible gaming terms:

• You confirm that you are gambling for recreational purposes with funds that you can afford to lose, and that gambling is not your primary income strategy;
• You acknowledge that all casino games and slot titles carry a house edge, meaning the platform has a statistical advantage over the player across the long run;

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the user's payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;

• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory investigation, b9apk may withhold account balances for a reasonable period pending investigation and resolution. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, b9apk reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and our licensing terms.

You may request the closure of your b9apk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no active promotions with outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9apk holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and b9apk relating to your account, a wager, a withdrawal, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you are required to first contact b9apk customer support and allow a reasonable period — not less than fourteen (14) calendar days — for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally.

b9apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the b9apk platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

b9apk will not apply materially adverse changes retrospectively to wagers already placed or bonuses already credited prior to the effective date of amended terms, except where required to do so by a regulatory authority.
